The Pereira & Associates name and wordmark, the editorial typographic system, and the watercolor skyline illustration are proprietary to the firm.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the material and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

5. AI Assistant

The Site provides an AI assistant trained on the firm’s published content. The assistant is software, not a lawyer. It provides general information only, cannot give legal advice, and cannot form an attorney-client relationship. Conversations may be logged for quality assurance and abuse prevention; see the Privacy Policy for retention details. Do not share confidential or privileged information through the assistant.

6. No Warranty

The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
